Our classes emphasise correct body alignment to improve body posture. Correct body alignment can help reduce various body pains, for example, back pain which is often a symptom of bad posture.

Proper breathing brings more oxygenated blood to all parts of the body, leading to vibrant health. Yoga practises the science of breath control. Yogabean sessions use breathing exercises to achieve optimal well-being

Yoga is a great strength builder, helping to improve your endurance and enhance your muscle’s natural ability. Yoga keeps your body strong, as it involves all the muscles in your body to hold and balance yoga asanas (poses).
